Primary Logo:

 

The primary logo is how Beloit FilmWorks is displayed in a visual way. The logo contains three main elements that are used to represent Beloit FilmWorks. The bridge icon, a custom typeface, and the Fieldwork typeface.

Secondary Logo:

 

The secondary logo was created for special occasion and application use. Similar to the primary logo, the bridge icon is found here, but split into two pieces. The same custom and primary typefaces are found within this logo. Each of these elements create another way to display Beloit FilmWorks.

Style Guide:

 

This style guide was created to give Beloit FilmWorks rules to using their new logo. It consists of a variety of rules including color use, typeface use, and logo use.

The Gateway to Wisconsin

These logos were created for Beloit FilmWorks, a location scouting and consulting business based in Beloit, Wisconsin. This company helps filmmakers and commercial producers discover unique and overlooked spaces for their productions. 

 

This project focused on creating a more elevated, professional, and artistic brand identity for the company. The logos pay homage to the city of Beloit, captures the attention of creatives, and establishes Beloit as a film-friendly community. 

In order to bring this project to life key elements such as simplicity, boldness, unique imagery, and colorfulness were needed.
